Kingsmead Carpets is a carpet supplier with tradition in the UK market. Kingsmead Carpets has been founded over 40 years ago when it started manufacturing carpets in New Cumnock, Ayrshire. It then started building a reputation for making quality carpets with an attractive price tag.

At the beginning Kingsmead Carpets were focused on making carpets made out of synthetic fibres but, in time, their collection is today made up of more than two thirds wool twists. This propelled Kinsgmead Carpets to become trustees of the British Wool Marketing Board.

The Kingsmead Carpets brand has endured the troubled times that the British wool industry went through in the last 30 years. After going through a few ownership changes, Kingsmead Carpets has been revived into the industry leader it is today.
