   They draw expertise from generations of carpet makers that have worked within the company. Many of Brockway’s employees are sons and daughters of previous carpet makers that worked within the company. This wealth of experience allows Brockway Carpets to produce quality carpets that are always one step ahead of the rest. Every Brockway carpet that leaves the factory, has been hand finished to make sure that it meets the stringent standards of their quality control staff.
